Liz has been working in the pet care field since 2001 in both pet sitting and dog daycare capacities. In 2007, she left a Harvard program in scientific research to pursue her passion working with animals and started Companion Synergy in 2009. Her goal with Companion Synergy was to provide specialized care for all pets, but especially pets with special behavioral and physical needs. She is a lifelong student, always expanding her knowledge of animal husbandry, training and behavior, and nutrition, so she can be the best possible resource for her clients. She currently has two Siberian Huskies, Loki (age 12) and Sigyn (age 5).
Favorite thing about working with pets:
Getting through to our most fearful dogs. There’s nothing more rewarding than taking the time to gain their trust.
Christian joined the Companion Synergy team in 2017. He is a lifelong animal lover and grew up with both cats and dogs. He has a passion for working with more challenging dogs, gaining their trust in a positive way. Christian is currently studying to become a Certified Professional Pet Sitter through Pet Sitters International.
Favorite thing about working with pets:
Making pets feel at home and comfortable even when their owners aren’t there.

I love getting to know each pet and building trusting relationships with them.
